Return & Refund Policy
At House of Zuri, we follow a clear return and refund process to ensure safe and genuine transactions for every customer.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product is missing from the package, subject to verification
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Once the request is approved, the product must be returned within 7 days as per the instructions shared by our support team.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product tags, labels, invoice and accessories must be included, wherever applicable
- Product must not be damaged due to customer handling or usage
For damaged, defective, wrong or missing item claims, an unboxing video is required for verification. Clear product photos and packaging photos may also be requested.
3. Refund Process
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The actual credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, payment method or payment gateway.
Shipping charges, COD charges and convenience fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
4. Exchange / Replacement
We do not offer direct exchanges or replacements at the moment.
If your return request is approved, we will process a refund as per this Return & Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed or shipped.
Once the order is dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, some products may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective or wrongly delivered.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Personal care products
- Beauty accessories
- Hygiene-sensitive products
- Used or opened products
- Clearance sale products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
