Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item is delivered. You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery. We have 7 day return policy after request

2. Conditions for Return

Product must be unused and in original packaging. An unboxing video is required for

damaged/wrong item claims.

3. Refund Process
After approval, refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange
We do not offer exchanges at the moment/replacement.

5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
