Shipping Policy
At House of Zuri, we aim to process and deliver every order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location, courier availability and serviceable PIN code.
Remote locations, high-demand periods, festivals, weather conditions or courier delays may require additional time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available on selected products, offers or order values.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp where available. Customers can use the tracking details to check shipment status.
5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct shipping address, PIN code and phone number. House of Zuri will not be responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number or customer unavailability.
If re-delivery is required due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Delayed Delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, festivals, operational restrictions, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist customers with tracking and courier follow-up wherever possible.
7. Delivery Area
Currently, we deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at the moment.
